I had a great time, the setting was amazing, I loved feeling the sea breeze. The headset approach was different and fun and the instructor did a great job. I will be back!

Emma is amazing! Her voice and instruction is soothing and easy to follow. A wonderful reset. Yoga on the beach was so beautiful. I can’t wait for next week:)

Each time I take a Yoga on the Beach class I am reminded of how good it is for my health...mental and physical. Emma's just a delight; you can't beat the location, and it's just a wonderful overall experience.
